We participated in the Women In Connection 2024 Retreat, an inspiring event that brought together over 90 women from various companies across the country.

Our director, Mariana Restrepo, led a session addressing key topics for female leadership. During her presentation, she explored:

1. The key trends that will shape board dynamics in 2024-2025

2. The skills needed to join boards of directors and hold C-level positions.

It was an enriching space that highlighted the importance of preparation, strategic vision, and empowerment to pave the way for new leadership opportunities.
