In the first edition of Café Marble in Medellin, we had the opportunity to connect with leaders and explore together the latest trends in human talent and artificial intelligence.

Isabela Gutiérrez Cano, Middle Consultant, and Gabriela Calle González, Engagement Management, shared their knowledge in valuable talks, providing key perspectives on how these trends are transforming the talent landscape.

We were also joined by Yessica Arredondo, consultant at Overdrive, who presented the digital library and its benefits for professional development, a powerful tool to continue growing in the workplace.
