Our contribution involves conducting a comprehensive evaluation of each participant’s profile, providing detailed feedback that serves as input for their development plan alongside their mentor, assigned by Comfama. The mentors, volunteer women dedicated to fostering future leaders, support the participants throughout this process.
Shaping Female Leadership Through Expert Talent Evaluation:
Since 2022, we have evaluated over 130 women, allowing us to identify key trends in female leadership profiles in Antioquia. The assessments are conducted by specialized talent evaluation and management consultants at Marble, ensuring a precise and personalized approach for each participant.
